They arrived and... they work!

Hi there,



After a few disappointments, we finally got a pleasant surprise.



At the beginning of the week, we received a couple of packages from our PCB manufacturer with the Slim and Slim Pro boards we were eagerly awaiting. As all of them were already assembled we could go straight to the test phase. To our delight, they work like a charm. You can see a simple test with the accelerometer and the battery on the next link: www.youtube.com/watch



Since yesterday, we are also working on the integration of the PCBs for the final cases. As the Slim Pro units might get really hot when you turn on all the LEDs in white color, we have to design an aluminum heatsink and integrate it into the case. We also have to add vents. This is one of the things we are very interested in testing next (especially with this horrible hot wheather we have now in Barcelona), so we will come back soon with more news about all this. Same for any other news we might have.
