Si nos multan a una, nos multan a todas

We are the Asamblea Transmaricabollo de Sol (a group working under 15M Madrid). Our objective is to confront neo-liberal aggressions and their consequences from a queer perspective. We want to make ourselves visible as citizens implicated and involved in the social struggle as we are extremely conscious that LGBTQ folk, sex-trade workers, and other sexually marginalized communities remain especially vulnerable to the politics of austerity. For this reason, since 15M we have been on the front lines, fighting against the drastic cuts to education, healthcare, justice, and workers rights (among many others). We fight hand in hand with our comrades from all the groups, assemblies, and other individuals working within and outside of 15M.

IF THEY FINE US ONE, THEY FINE US ALL

Since 15M, we have been out on the streets. Like almost everyone, we have been held back, identified and separated. They have pushed us, they have hit us, and on more than one occasion we have been forced to run.

But they had not fined us. Not even for kissing in front of the Pope. That day they identified us, yes. They held us back. They "accompanied" us to Chueca as if we were escapee animals from a zoo, but they did not fine us...until Merkel came down to see us.

Naturally, we wanted to greet her properly. We dressed in our finest vests, and our Cordovan hats. We rehearsed our favourite songs and dances, and off we went with our glorious welcome banner.

Unfortunately, the cops didn't find our welcome deployment so amusing. So they asked us for our documents.

"But we're only out for a walk!" We alleged.

"With a banner?" They inquired.

"Yeah, for a stroll in our fine city!"

"Well you won't escape this." And they proceeded.

Inconveniently identified we continued along, brandishing our vests like weapons and singing our folk songs. We neither saw nor were seen by the ever conceited Merkel. We went home, deflated and discouraged by her attitude, and to add insult to injury, what should arrive months later but 5 fines, like 5 delayed thank you cards.

So. Here we are. Unpaid, underpaid but paying. Fined for taking a walking and singing songs. For singing out of tune. Of course, we haven't retreated, nor have we stayed at home. We will continue to caterwaul, we do love to set the pitch, and out of all the notes our favourites remain the discordant. So. Your help would be much appreciated. Because 5 fines at 350 euro each is a total of 1750 euro that the Asamblea Transmaricabollo de Sol owes. And we want to pay it off between all of us, the fined and unfined, the assembled and those without assembly. If they silence one, they silence all. If you want to support us, to lend us a hand, know that we are still fearless, but also cashless. In exchange we will throw a tremendous fundraiser to collect every last euro that has been demanded of us by the mindless and fascist oppressors of today and of always. To silence us.

You are, as such, warmly and hereby invited to pass by our assemblies and to participate in our various actions against the unjust and brutal cuts by this financial coup d'etat.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN

To confront the administrative oppression which the identified members of the assembly have been subjected to by the citizens' (in)security forces. Currently we are going over the details of the previously mention fines, so that in the case we don't have to pay them, the money we raise in the campaign can be redirected to other resistance funds directed by our comrades of 15M (such as the resistance fund promoted and directed by the Asamblea de Arganzuela). We will continually update our blog with any new information pertaining to this process.

SE NE MULTANO UNA, CI MULTANO TUTTE

È dal 15M che scendiamo in piazza, come quasi tutte siamo state fermate, ci hanno preso i documenti, disciolte, ci è stato vietato il transito, ci hanno spintonate, ci hanno manganellate ed anche, più di una volta, sono riusciti a farci correre.

Ma non ci avevano multate. Neanche per esserci baciate davanti al papa. Quel giorno ci hanno preso i documenti, ci hanno anche fermate, ci hanno persino scortate fino a Chueca, come se fossimo animali scappati da uno zoo. Ma non ci hanno multate. Finché non è venuta la Merkel a farci visita.

Abbiamo voluto contraccambiare con una con una bella accoglienza e vestirci con i nostri pois migliori, i nostri cappelli cordovesi, y nostri ventagli, abbiamo persino provato alcune danze e dei versi e lì andammo con il nostro glorioso striscione di benvenuto.

Ma a quelle con il casco non è piaciuto per niente il nostro dispiegamento. Così che ci hanno chiesto i documenti.

• Ma stiamo solo passeggiano – allegammo
• con uno striscione? – chiesero
• Beh sì, passeggiamo per Madrid
• Non fartela scappare quella – procedettero

Ormai identificate, abbiamo continuato la nostra passeggiata, blandendo y nostri ventagli ed intonando i nostri versi. Merkel non l’abbiamo neanche vista, non è neanche venuta a salutarci, quella presuntuosa. Così ce ne siamo andate a casa molto scontente dal suo comportamento e per giunta, che sorpresa, mesi dopo, abbiamo ricevuto cinque multe stupende.

Ed eccoci qui, scontente ma paghiamo, multate per aver passeggiato e canto i nostri versi. Per aver stonato. Ovvio, non demorderemo, né ci chiuderemo in casa. Continueremo a stonare. Perché ci piace molto dare il La, e di tutte le note, il La che più ci piace è sempre quello più discordante. Certo ci verrebbe bene il tuo aiuto. Perché 5 multe di 350 euro ognuna, fanno 1750 (e dagli) che deve pagare l’Asamblea Transmaricabollo de Sol. Vogliamo pagarli tutte insieme, multate e no, assembleate e no, Perché se ne azzittiscono una, ci azzittiscono tutte. Se vuoi appoggiarci, dacci qual cosina, tesoro, che non abbiamo paura ma neanche soldi. In cambio metteremo su una festa “incredibilosa” per metter su fino all’ultimo con il quale pretendono, ingenui ed illusi repressori fascisti di oggi e di sempre, azzittirci.

WENN SIE EINE VON UNS BESTRAFEN, BESTRAFEN SIE UNS ALLE

Seit dem 15. Mai 2011 gehen wir auf die Straße, um zu protestieren. Wie fast alle anderen auch, wurden wir seitdem festgehalten, identifiziert, wurden unsere Gruppen aufgelöst, uns der Weg blockiert; Und man hat uns gestoßen, geschlagen oder auch, mehr als einmal, haben sie erreicht, dass wir rennen mussten.

Aber bisher bekamen wir noch keine Geldstrafe. Nicht einmal dafür, uns vorm Papst geküsst zu haben. An diesem Tag wurden wir identifiziert, ja, man hielt uns auch auf und eskortierte uns bis nach Chueca, als seien wir aus dem Zoo entlaufene Tiere. Aber dafür gab man uns keine Geldstrafe. Bis zu dem Tag, an dem Merkel uns in Madrid besuchte.

Wir wollten Ihr einen angemessenen Empfang bereiten und trugen unsere beste Traditionskleidung, unsere Sombreros aus Córdoba, unsere Fächer, und hatten sogar einige Tänze und Lieder einstudiert. Und dahin zogen wir mit unserem Willkommensplakat.

Aber den Herren in Helmen hat unser Einsatz keine Freude bereitet. Also forderten sie unsere Ausweise.

• Aber wir gehen doch nur spazieren! –Sagten wir
• Mit einem Plakat? –Fragten sie
• Aber ja, ein Spaziergang durch das Madrider Dorf.
• Lasst eucht das nicht entgehen. –führten sie fort

Zu unserem Nachteil identifiziert, führen wir unseren Gang fort, schwangen wir unsere Fächer und stimmten wir unsere Lieder an. Frau Merkel haben wir nicht gesehen, und sie kam nicht, um uns zu grüßen.
Also gingen wir nach Hause, sehr enttäuscht von diesem Verhalten, und, zur Krönung von allem, erhielten wir einige Monate später fünf Strafbescheide.

Und so sind wir, enttäuscht aber zahlend, bestraft für einen Spaziergang und dafür, unsere Verse gesungen zu haben. Fürs Unangepasstsein. Natürlich werden wir nicht nachgeben, und nicht zuhause bleiben. Wir bleiben unangepasst. Wir fallen gerne auf, und, was uns am meisten gefällt sind die Misstöne. Aber deine Hilfe käme uns sehr gelegen. Denn 5 Strafbescheide über je 350€ sind insgesamt 1.750€, die die Asamblea Trasmaricabollo de Sol schuldet. Und wir wollen sie alle gemeinsam bezahlen, ob bestraft oder nicht, ob in der Versammlung oder nicht. Denn wenn sie einen von uns ruhig stellen, stellen sie uns alle ruhig. Wenn du uns unterstützen möchtest, gib uns irgendwas, denn wir haben keine Angst, aber wir haben auch kein Geld. Im Gegenzug werden wir alles tun, um bis zum letzten Euro gegen die einfältigen faschistischen Unterdrücker von heute und allen Tagen zu kämpfen, die uns ruhig stellen wollen.

Nous sommes l’Assemblée Transmaricabollo de Sol (groupe de travail du 15M de Madrid). Notre objectif est de faire front aux agressions néolibérales et ses conséquences depuis une perspective trans-pédé-gouine. Nous voulons nous rendre visibles en tant que citoyen-nes impliqué(e)s dans la lutte sociale, car nous sommes parfaitement conscient(e)s que, nous, les transexuel(le)s, transgenres, pédés, gouines, bisexuel(le)s, intersexuel(le)s, travailleur-euse-s du sexe et autres etcéteras, sommes una partie de la société particulièrement vulnérable aux politiques d’austérité.

C’est pour cela que, depuis le 15 mai, nous affrontons activement les coupes budgétaires dans l’éducation, la santé, la justice, les droits du travails, etc, mains dans la mains avec nos camarades de toutes les assamblées et groupes de travail faisant partie ou non du 15M.

SI ON EN VERBALISE UN-E, ON NOUS VERBALISE A TOU-TE-S

Cela fait depuis le 15M que nous occupons les rues. Pour quasiment tou(te)s, les conséquences sont multiples : on nous a détenu(e)s, indentifié(e)s, dissous, on nous à empêché(e)s d’avancer, on nous a poussé(e)s, matraqué(e)s et, plus d’une fois, ils ont réussi à nous faire courir.

Cependant, on ne nous avait jamais verbalisé(e)s. Même pas lorsque nous nous sommes embrassé(e)s face au Pape. Ce jour-là, oui, ils nous ont identifié(e)s, oui, ils nous ont détenu(e)s, oui, ils sont allés jusqu’à nous escorter jusqu’à Chueca nous traitant comme des animaux échapés du zoo. Cependant, nous n’avons pas reçu d’amendes. Jusqu’à ce que Merkel vienne nous rendre visite.

Ce jour-là, nous désirions la recevoir comme il se devait et pour cela, nous allâmes avec une belle et grande pancarte de bienvenue, vétu(e)s de nos plus beaux costumes à poids, de nos chapeaux cordouan ainsi que de nos évantails. Nous avons même danser et chanter nos plus belles coplillas en son honneur.

Cependant, cela ne fit pas rire les képis qui controlèrent notre identité.

-On fait que se promener ! Avons-nous prétexté.

-Avec une pancarte ? ont-ils demandé.

-Effectivement, on se promène dans Madriz.

-Surveille celle-la. Se dirent-ils.

Une fois nos identités controlées, on continua notre promenade brandissant nos évantails et chantant nos coplas. Quant à Merkel, on ne l’a pas vu, elle n’est même pas venu nous saluer cette orgueilleuse. On est donc rentré chez nous, très décu(e)s par son attitude, sans s’imaginer ni une segonde recevoir, quelques mois plus tard, cinq magnifiques amendes.

Et de cette façon, nous voilà déçu(e)s et le porte-monnaie vide, verbalisé(e)s pour s’être promené(e)s et avoir chanté faux. Bien sûr, ni nous ne nous rendrons ni ne nous enfermerons chez nous. Nous avons la ferme intention de continuer de chanter faux. Parce qu’on adore donner le la, ou plutôt donner la note la plus discordante. Si bien que, on aurait bien besoin de ton aide. Car 5 amendes de 350 euros, c’est 1750 euros que doit l’Assemblée Transmaricabollo de Sol. Et nous voulons payer entre tou(te)s, verbalisé(e)s ou pas, rassemblé(e)s ou non. Car si ils en font taire un-e, ils nous font taire tou(te)s. Si tu veux nous soutenir, aide-nos âmes certes courageuses mais pauvres. En échange, on organisera une super méga fête afin de rassembler jusqu’au dernier centime pour ces pauvres petits naifs et ingénus opresseurs fachistes d’aujourd’hui et d’hier qui prétendent nous faire taire.
