EMPIEZA LA REGENERACIÓN

Como habíamos anunciado, el pasado 25 de octubre se inició el primer campamento de trabajo del proyecto. Después de mucha preparación, por fin pudimos comenzar con los trabajos de REGENERACIÓN. Gracias al asesoramiento de nuestros sabios compañeros Silvano, Marcus (Tamera, Portugal), Aude y Andrew (Catalina, Cádiz), decidimos enfocar esta primera fase en la retención del suelo y su regeneración. Las labores principales que hemos realizado han sido el diseño de las zonas y los accesos, construcción de escaleras, colocación de biorrollos (fajas de cañas que retienen el agua y el suelo, siguiendo la curva de nivel del terreno), también hemos aportado mucha materia orgánica y estiércol, por último hemos dispersado incontables semillas y trasplantado 115 árboles y arbustos.

Han sido dos semanas de trabajo intenso, pero ha merecido el esfuerzo. Gracias a las personas que han participado de forma altruista en los trabajos, se ha avanzado mucho. Pero aún queda mucho más por hacer. Así que... ¡REPETIREMOS!

Las próximas jornadas tendrán lugar entre el 22 y 27 de noviembre. ¡No faltéis!
